Khristine launched Haven Financial Services as she saw a need for Executive and Management accounting services from the local companies in Orange County and built a company that focuses on a high quality of financial service. Previously, Khristine was a CFO for Sail Venture Partners, Teles Properties and the McMonigle Group. Khristine also provided tax and audit services, primarily in the Real Estate and Non-Profit Industries. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Cal State Fullerton. In her free time she enjoys movies with her family, golf, tennis and music.

Amy Perez

Amy graduated from Webster University with a Bachelor’s Degree, and a minor in Marketing. Prior to joining the Haven team, she held positions at Epson America, Inc. and Toyota Motor Sales, U.S.A. Headquarters, in the Marketing Department. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and camping with her husband and two sons. She also likes to swim, bike and run.

Mary Ann Arcenal is a seasoned accountant with over 14 years of experience in accounting, finance, and property management. She has excelled in roles such as Accounting Manager at Stapleton Group and Assistant Manager at PA Alvarez Properties & Development Inc., where she managed financial operations and demonstrated expertise in loan processing, accounting, and financial analysis.

Mary Ann holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from AMA Computer College and has completed 18 units toward a Master’s in Business Administration. Proficient in accounting software like QuickBooks and Yardi, she is known for her systematic approach, strong work ethic, and ability to thrive under pressure. Her attention to detail and commitment to accuracy make her a valuable asset in any financial environment.

Vanesa Gaviola

Vanesa is an accounting professional and a graduate of Polytechnic University of the Philippines, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. She has over six years of experience in auditing and later expanded her expertise through roles as a Senior Associate in the outsourcing industry and as a Senior Accountant in a cloud-based accounting environment. Her experience has strengthened her skills in financial reporting, bookkeeping, account reconciliation, audit and compliance, taxation, and cloud-based accounting systems. She is a Certified Tax Technician in the Philippines, a Certified QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor, and holds Civil Service Eligibility. Outside of work, Vanesa enjoys listening to music, singing, drawing, and playing games in her free time.

She has extensive experience in tax compliance and advisory, and financial accounting and reporting through her previous roles as Senior Accountant at SGV & Co. (EY Philippines) and Connext International Inc. under Freestone Property Group. In her free time, she enjoys yoga, indulging in a good read, and spending time with her loved ones and two chihuahuas.

Throughout her career, Rachel has spent much of her professional experience working with U.S. accounting firms, supporting clients across a variety of industries. Her diverse background has given her a strong understanding of accounting processes, financial reporting, and the effective use of accounting technology to help businesses maintain accurate and efficient financial operations.

Beyond her professional life, Rachel values spending quality time with her husband and little boy. She enjoys traveling with her family, creating new memories, and making the most of their time together.
